Every once in a while vgchartz up and forgets my password. Once it does, I have to get a replacement password sent to me via email. It's usually a jumble of meaningless letters like LvpSR1L29y10. Like any normal human being I can't fucking remember that nonsense, so naturally I go into my settings to change my password back to normal. And as usual I discover that vgchartz for some reason can't seem to handle such a simple task, and I keep getting an error message no matter what password combination I use. 

Somebody please fix this. I am sick and tired of having to have a temporary password emailed to me every morning. 

try a different browser, this isn't an issue anyone else has. Also the reason that VGchartz is "forgetting" your password is because those temp passwords that you are meant to change.... are temp passwords you are meant to change, often a server will put a time on how long those will work before they have to be changed or will stop.

But yeah, issue here isn't the site I think mate, the password requirements on VGchartz are very light.

vgchartz even forgetts my normal passwords. Not just the temp ones. Every four to five months I find out that the site forgot my password.

Sorry about that, I was logged into your account at the time.  I'm logging off now it should be able to be reset in about 5 minutes.

Umm, I've never had this problem before. I'm not sure exactly what is causing it.

I've been locked out for around 4-5 weeks few months ago after I tried to reset my password...never got reset password mail, though I've tried few times a day for that whole period. Then one day I got all those mails...at once...

Well that sucks. I have no idea what e-mail account my VGC account is even linked to. Not my current one, that's for sure. Thankfully, this hasn't happened to me.

I still can't change my password. Are you an admin, or just trolling me?
