I think that the move to bring to PC their exclusive titles was a shot in the foot... worst decision I remeber in terms of consoles.

They can't. Even realeasing Scorpio at a good price range, I honsetly think it won't make what it takes to make Xone relevant this gen.

No compelling new IP's. Just trying to continue to release last gen halo gears and forza.

release xbox x for 349$ with 3 new aaa ips and cut the price of xb1 to 199$.also start releasing actual exclusive for xbox,stop with the play anywhere or w10/xbox bs.

No because all Xbox exclusives are coming to PC but there are people that just dont want to play on PC and don't care about Sony's exclusives. For those people the Scorpio would be the best place to play being more powerful than the pro and having better online and controller (the controller thing is a matter of opinion ofc).

Release Scorpio at a decent price, have a very aggressive marketing campaign that actively goes at Sony (similar to how Sega used to tease Nintendo in the 90s) and plays up MS having the best multiplat versions of all the big games.

That's what I would tell them if they came to me and asked me what they should do. Market, market, market.
