True. Just because some PSN cards are in the top doesn't show what they were spent on. We don't know from this list how many minecraft or Thumper downloads are being made on Switch. There could be 3 times those PSN card values being spent on Switch digital software. Plus the digital copies of the Switch games that do make it on this physical copy list. Those PSN cards could also be for digital content rather than game sales.
What does surprise me though is that we don't see more Nintendo eshop cards showing up in the list considering the popularity but that is probably due to Nintendo not rolling out much of there digital plans like VC and not many games have digital content yet. It will happen. |
I am in Europe and I know on some markets here you can buy directly digital game from PS instead you need PSN card, that isn't case for Nintendo you can buy without any problem directly from eshop game on any market, so you dont need eShop cards like you need for PS4.
