True. Just because some PSN cards are in the top doesn't show what they were spent on. We don't know from this list how many minecraft or Thumper downloads are being made on Switch. There could be 3 times those PSN card values being spent on Switch digital software. Plus the digital copies of the Switch games that do make it on this physical copy list. Those PSN cards could also be for digital content rather than game sales. 

What does surprise me though is that we don't see more Nintendo eshop cards showing up in the list considering the popularity but that is probably due to Nintendo not rolling out much of there digital plans like VC and not many games have digital content yet. It will happen.

I am in Europe and I know on some markets here you can buy directly digital game from PS instead you need PSN card, that isn't case for Nintendo you can buy without any problem directly from eshop game on any market, so you dont need eShop cards like you need for PS4.

That's true, point is that some people are forced to buy PSN cards because they cant buy game, DLC, addon or to subscribe, directly from PS4 shop.

If you could give examples of regions where you cannot buy from PSN directly but can buy from EShop that'd be great, and surprising.

Whole Balkan for instance, we cant buy directly anything from PS store and we need to buy PSN cards, that isn't case for Nintendo eShop or even MS Live.

It's a Wii U game, ported to the Switch. A game can be multiplat with 1 of them being a port, which the Switch version is.

I guess you didn't support the Wii U enough to know the game was announced for the platform and went through delays to also bring it to Switch.

I know that, but releasing at the same time makes it no port for me, as it obviously was developed together. Persona 5 for PS4 is a port for you too, because as you know it's a PS3 game. What is with COD and stuff like that, if we don't know which version is lead?
