I thought the showing was really good and to tell you the truth, I really enjoyed all of it.

Right!

If this isn't on the Switch then I expect it to look really good

Yeah, that's the kind of stuff I'd expect on Switch (Honestly I'd think it can look better on Switch too since we've seen bigger and better looking games even on Wii U at this point) and maybe get excited for but then you look at all the other games that were shown and I was just like "really Capcom?" That's all you have after pushing the PS2 and PSP to the limit with the old MH games? Sigh.

I guess it's up to Ninty to give us some unexpected surprises.

This is a monumental step up from all the previous MH games we've seen on nintendo platforms. Glad the series is finally moving closer to modern standards.

Loved the conference. 1 hour of games, games and games. They have so much good shit announced and with MS dropping the ball they can afford to just show off them with a few small announcements thrown in. They didn't even show off some of their biggest games like TLOU2, GT Sport etc but they didn't need to. If they have a big new game to announce (Sucker punch game) better off saving it for PSX in December in front of thousands of passionate playstation fans. Instead of e3 which seems to be filled full of boring emotionless people. Definitely not the passionate playstation hardcore anyway. They'll be at PSX so save the sucker punch title till then.

This conference would've been really great if 2016's didn't exist. I feel like it was as much of a 'direct sequel' that a conference could possibly have.

Good without surprises. I feel like this entire E3 has been missable. No real surprises. DVR material I guess. Not bad, just not must-see tv.

Stupid work making me late for this.

Pro: Holy shit best stage presentation (and preshow) ever, lots of games and little talk again, lots of in game footage, healthy PSVR support (Skyrim!), first party games looked great (esp. God of War, Detroit, and Spiderman), SOTC REMAKE!

Neutral: Not as taken with Days Gone as other Sony games; while it does stand out in a few ways Bend is no Naughty Dog and the game still feels superfluous to me. Conference also seemed to fly by leaving me wanting more.

Con: No big new first party games (not even Sucker Punch!), crowd audio mixing inferior to previous shows.

Grade: B

very disappointing conference. they better make things up at PSX.
