Not played one for ages, but I'm really enjoying the beta. They have added driveclub style stats and records for every shot, hole and match. The customization is a welcome addition and the leveling up gives nice rpg elements. 

Anyone else looking forward to this game? If you have any questions, feel free to ask and I'll answer them if I can. 

So far, this game is absolutely amazing and the online world with other players is working pretty well considering its a beta. 

I didn't even know they were making a new one to be honest. Is the beta for PS+ users only?

Not sure, they had a sign up for beta in their blog. I can see myself getting addicted to it with the levelling up, earning money, buying new gear, trying to beat my goal ranking on a shot, a club, a course etc. 

I'm very much looking forward to the new Minna no Golf, the last games were just incredibly fun and had the best online community I ever had the pleasure to be part of

I haven't had that much experience with the series myself, I've just played of a little bit of a few of the games.

oh i m in the beta... i m surprised it's so addictive. especially the turf war.. never played any of the previous entries.. now its a must buy for me.

I've never played one but that reveal trailer was really enticing. I love customization in games.
