1. A new Punch-Out!!, with new characters (I loved the Wii version, but I'd like to see what new boxers they could come up with).

2. New Ace Attorney from Capcom (once the 3DS winds down)

3. New Prof. Layton from Level-5 (see #2)

4. New Metroid game that rewards exploration rather than speedrunning.

5. New WarioWare game with 200+ microgames, not a dozen or so minigames.

6. Just some classic Nintendo franchises, such as Donkey Kong Country, Kid Icarus, etc.

That's what I'd love to see anyway.

The official Layton games are done :( 

I would however love to see Phoenix Wright and Layton have their games remade. The old ones are outdated (especially Ace Attorney), and would benefit from a glowup

A side-scrolling Mario game with actual new ideas put into it.

Animal Crossing and a mainline Pokemon as soon as possible to guarantee continued sales momentum. A new Earthbound, just to see the Internet explode.
