That's how a 3rd wave feminist might think of it.

What is a "3rd wave feminist"?

It's a modern feminist who doesn't believe in Feminism but rather the furthering of their agenda.

Even when accounting for that video being exagerated for satire, I truly have never met someone (in person or on the internet) that is anything close to that, and I live in Norway, which supposedly is an SJW/feminazi haven. I know they exist, and I have seen a couple of videos/memes/et. al. making fun of them or arguing against them, but they can't be all too numerous when they are nowhere to be seen. The only feminists I have spoken to (again, on the internet and in person) have been perfectly reasonable. So I guess we are lucky that there aren't that many of those types of feminists around.

Here's a prime example of a 3rd wave feminist.

It's satire but not satire. Feminists are throwing their support behind Islam and some are even saying it's the religion that supports feminism while saying the west is a patriarchial society of sexists who love rape culture.

Like I said, I have never met any feminist that is anything close to that, so presumably it is a very small subset.

Commander "low self esteem" in action I see ☺.

Maybe in Norway. I'm not familiar with feminism in that country but in most of Europe, feminism has gotten crazy.

I live in Belgium, but I've never met any feminist of that kind either.

Last year, my teacher asked "Who would consider himself to be a feminist?", and everybody was like "Well, of course I support equality between men and women, but I don't really actively support feminism".

How familiar are you really with feminism in general in Europe though? It's easy to form a (wrong) generalized picture about a large group from a small set of cherry-picked cases, that really aren't representative of the majority of that group.

It doesn't matter if the more extreme parts of feminism aren't representative of the majority of the group when laws are being passed based on what those fringe elements are pushing for. Any country that tries to mirror Sweden's version of feminism is going off the deep in. Just from how I've how feminists around the world are reacting to "The Red Pill", you might realize they're getting a bit crazy.

I'm familiar enough with feminism in the more important countries to know that I don't want to live there considering the rise of toxic feminism and the immigrant problems in those places.
