It'd be nice if the UK did though, the only places that you can get a Switch at retail price let you pre-order one and then put you on a waiting list. Although at least Amazon UK is finally recieving more stock tomorrow, but then it'll go right back out of stock soon afterwards most likely.

What's stopping anyone in the uk from ordering from elsewhere in europe? Buy in bulk even and make a profit if stock is so low there. They even seemed to drop in price since the release date in some stores.

Where in Europe are you?, i'm in Holland and i havn't seen one since launch.

I don't buy those switch numbers for a minute.
There hasn't been enough stock, anywhere, for sales like that.

This is pretty much exactly what NPD and Media Create have reported. Or are you just pretending to suddenly not understand what "sold out" means?

We getting weekly sales for Japan, and Switch did sell that much in Japan, and actually it was completely outsold that week with those numbers (same like evre other week), its not hard to imagine that in US and Europe sold more than it is in Japan.

How does the Switch still sell? I thought that it was sold out?

Shops are getting some units from time to time, but they are getting sold out very fast.

They need to increase stock then.

Plenty of stock here in europe.

Where exactly? I know that in Nordic region there are not stock issues, but in stronger countries like UK, France or Germany there are some stock issues.

When will we see switches in stock ? Wonder how much they sell if it is 🤔

In Norway (In Europe) it's been in stock at ALL major retailers for some time now, doesn't seem to be too popular.

We already know the Switch sold over 280k in the US for April so the 73k for the week of April 8th seems in line with that.

Hm, some people are making this mistake again. The front page numbers are NA (US, Mexico, Canada). It sold 64k in the US (which, considering it should get a boost on MK8D release, it makes sense).

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

This is how many units they're shipping globally per week, it seems.

200k per week is 10,4M for a whole year.. so.. i mean, the target is 12M? granted, launched 12weeks into the year.. but it isn't hard to see it as 'on track' if they can just keep up production / demand over the year.. something that seems to be not an issue as it stands now

There is plenty of stock in Europe because there is stock in Norway.

That level of reasoning is something else

Well North America (through NP Group's 280k for the month) and Japan (through Media Create and Famitsu) sales numbers are known already, so the only things missing is Europe's sales and the rest of the world's sales (where we also may have some numbers from some countries here and there), and all in all while possibly not accurate, with the knowledge that we have they are at least very plausible.
