Closing the gap means gaining ground, no matter how small it is.

Expecting it to beat a console that had very few instances of supply constraint is kind of ridiculous to begin with ...

I can easily  buy a switch for months  now..

Ow well.

Beating sales is kinda stupid  ro begin wirh switch  is 60+mill units behind.

You live in a country that isn't even close to being important on Nintendo's radar let alone a majority Nintendo fan country ...

Why do you apply really odd context to try to one up the Switch? Lmao. I showed you proof that in the OP the Switch is closing the gap. What is there to despute?

It is serious. Just as your inability to raise a constructive debate through assumptions such as ''I can easily  buy a switch for months  now.. = Switch doesn't sell.''

And it's not the first time.

If the Switch is available in your part of the Netherlands don't assume it goes for the country, all of europe and the entire world too. Switch just got restocked a couple of days ago in our local supermarket. That's the first time I saw units on display since launch here. (They're already gone again, btw)

Anytime I heard "But I have a Switch and love it!" it's a red flag. Another user on this forum makes a lot of very critical (and usually wrong) posts against the Switch but then says "ooohh but i like my switch!" Usually a very bad sign from a bias perspective(especially since he's also a ps fan)

It's clear what you were implying about the stock, I said that expecting a console to match a console with very few stock issues would be silly, and you implied that the stock issues are solved. You didn't say "well Switch should be on track with PS4 in the netherlands!" you said "I can easily  buy a switch for months  now.." as if your singular experience means that we should adjust expectations of the Switch up millions ...

It just doesn't make a lot of sense. I'm not trying to attack you though lol, and I wouldn't say your "cancer". I just have a problem with any illogical implications, that's all. Nothing against you.

I even find it kind of odd that every time the Switch supply gets corrected people make these arguments. Because every time Nintendo has shipped more out, they've sold out so fast that there's supply issues. Honestly, Nintendo could ship almost as much Switch's as PS4's in the U.S. and there'd probably still be supply problems.

Well, considering that the Switch won the last NPDs, I'd say they already ship at least as much and still are supply constrained

I can't wait to have the numbers for this week. I'm dying D-X

Need to retag for my VGChartz Buddy.
