Hard to comment on it, how well do you do with PS2 games overall?  I find it very hard to play Rogue Galaxy on PS4 but had no issues with Dark Cloud on PS4.

I played them all and by far the best Star Oceans are the ones on the PSP and the first one on the SNES. So, I do not think any of this games are outdated at all, if anything, they are like wine, get better with age.

I wish they released all of them on PS4

Already own for PS2 and still use it, so $21 is terrible. Basically paying $21 for trophies.

I need them to add KH before KH3 comes out. But I guess they remastered it, I just don't like the price point too much.

WTF? $21? That seems way too high! I haven't found a copy of the game myself, but I guess I'll keep looking, especially when it's that expensive.

I don't know what they're thinking with that price tag. That's absurd for PS2 on PS4. I want to get it, but I'll wait until it's at a more reasonable price.
