I don't know about the other threads, but we need the Nintendo one because it's properly used. Small news and tidbits that don't deserve its own thread get posted there, the same holds true for random thoughts about Nintendo as a company or Nintendo games. It's definitely not a circlejerk, because it was only last week that curl-6 got called an idiot.

What kind of news would not deserve its own thread? If its news then it should get its own thread.

A percentage means nothing if the actual number is low. Be honest - how many PS games did you finish or play this year? I think a megathread should not exist but if it were to exist, then it should be done by a PS fan who keeps up with the news.
