There is no Halo 3 remaster, says Halo community manager, so stop already

After the release of remastered Anniversary Editions of Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2, hopes have been high for a Halo 3 remaster, but they’ve been unceremoniously quashed by Halo community manager Brian Jarrard.

Posting as ske7ch343 over on Reddit, Jarrard was commenting in a thread on the latest community update.

After confirming that we won’t be seeing Halo 6 at E3, he responded to a question about a possible Halo 3 Anniversary Edition, saying, “OMG stop. There is no Halo 3 Anniversary.”

He’s on a dream crushing rampage over there.

So we won’t see anything about a Halo 3 remaster at E3, but it hasn’t been ruled out altogether. Keep on dreaming.

For crying out loud! lol. Back when I owned an Xbox One, and they were saying all the biggest games were going to be on there first, I was on here going... Halo 3?!?! Why are they dragging their feet on this game? Normally, I'd suggest some sort of monetary reason but I don't think that's the reason here. I mean, Lost Oddessy and not Halo 3? What the hell lol.

Jeez guys it's going to be halo wars 2 dlc and info about 4K suppose halo mcc, 5 and probably halo wars 2. I am genuinely surprised there won't be a beta this holiday. But that could be cause they are confident about mp design(rightfully so). I really hope they dig deep and put out a good singleplayer, give us real btb maps and scrap warzone unless they revamp it.
