Virtually ever digital game I've ever purchased except lost winds on Wii can still be redownloaded regardless of whether they're on the market or not.

I need to make sure PSP titles are still on PS3, though.

I tried to re-download PT, and it wouldn't let me.

Oh yeah. That one, too. I was able to back it up to a thumb drive, though.

That actually worked?

ROFL! Digital distribution is the future guys!

It is--if you already have it. Unlike the original print, there wasn't a limited number of copies. We'll still be able to download it if we delete it.. We just won't be able to buy it new.

I've seen this video posted on another forum that kind of explains why this things happen, because Alan Wake is not the first time something like this happens:

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

What? When was that game free?

Some months ago, I even made a XBL account to try to get it for free but they were asking for credit card info even so, so I didn't want it anymore xP

That's what you get for not having a 360. Logging in with your XBL account directly from the console allows you to "purchase" any free item without the need to input credit card info, MS points/money or whatever.

That sucks. Alan Wake has always been one of those games that I was interested to play and that I knew I would buy at some point down the line, guess now is that time to finally buy it since it won't be purchasable for much longer.

What you mean by complete? Disc, case, manual?

Yes. I've found copies with the case and discs, but no manual.

I'm pretty sure I've got the whole thing somewhere in my basement. Part of me still wants to finish it but the other part is telling me I'll never replug my X360 with the number of games I've got in my backlog.

I try to have all of my consoles hooked up, so that I don't have to dig them out to play them.

My husband wouldn't allow that. Even now, I can see his disapproving stare at my PS3 that I keep plugged in only in case I want to play my old PS3 games.

What, is he not a gamer?
