Interesting the record labels won't renew the licenses easily.
This is ridiculous considering what a fantastic game this is nd how potential users could miss on the opportunity to play it.
Couldn't they just change the affected songs? Half-assed or not, it would allow them to still sell the game.
It's not too surprising, with the games being on digital stores it's going to make licensing issues like this a bigger problem, whereas before the games had a much shorter print run that avoided issues like these.

You know what, I'm 100% physical myself, but I don't think that constantly droning on over your preference for physical is really contributing to a positive discussion/environment here. It's fine to prefer it, as I do myself, but I think that posts like these just get people sick and tired of people that refuse to go digital like us.

Can you still buy the physical Xbox360 release from the publisher new and not just from some 2nd hand owner??. |
No. But I personally don't see a problem in buying a used copy.
It's a real shame.
Of course, they could try to remove the songs from the game, but the game wouldn't be the same without the Coconut song.
Please excuse my bad English.
Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

I prefer physical, if it's DRM-free or with a decently behaved DRM, but I've got nothing against digital, as long as it is DRM-free, like GOG games, so that shit like this can never happen. A policy to remove DRM when devs and publishers decide to stop support and abandon a game, or if they go bust and nobody is interested in taking their place to support it, can be a second best solution.
