Interesting the record labels won't renew the licenses easily.

Isn't it one of the Xbox One BC games too? Since they kind of act like downloads does that mean if you don't buy it before then it won't work on BC either?

Bet Shiken that COD would outsell Battlefield in 2018. http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=8749702

This is ridiculous considering what a fantastic game this is nd how potential users could miss on the opportunity to play it.

It is one of the BC games. As for the second part? Interesting question.

Seeing as it remains in the library after purchase, I assume if you buy the physical version that will still install. Wonder if that is answered in the twitter exchange.

"music licenses."

Such a silly reason.

Couldn't they just change the affected songs? Half-assed or not, it would allow them to still sell the game.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Apparently it is every song.

It's not too surprising, with the games being on digital stores it's going to make licensing issues like this a bigger problem, whereas before the games had a much shorter print run that avoided issues like these.

Unless publishers realising this could become an issue in the future change the licensing deals they make to prevent stuff like this.

But what's the chances of that happening?
