I've heard nothing, but good things. My issue is that I am lacking in time, so I barely play games anymore. Would this be a good choice? Devil May Cry 3 was alright, i made it into more of a hack and slash then it should have been. I don't want to play a game because a fake girl has nice boobs or a round ass (except for the SFII animated pictures, those are kind of hot). I didn't enjoy DMC3's story either. The best story in gaming was God of War and Metal Gear Solid. Btw $20 is a lot to me (should be to anyone...) so I want to spend it wisely.

If you like GoW, I think you'll like it. Though Bayonetta is faster paced, if that's what you enjoy.

It's a bad game packaged around really good mechanics. I thought most of the creative elements were cringe-worthy.

It's like they got some really great programmers and put them under the direction of a 14 year old boy and his hormone overlords.

How much you like it will probably depend on your gaming priorities.

Bayonetta's sex appeal is really meant more as a joke than anything else, and coming from a guy who played both 1 & 2 completely blind, the games were great. i would recommend them if you are just looking for a great action hack-n-slash.
