Does anyone else experience this? I was happy with my unlimited everything from Republic Wireless for $40 a month with 4G data. When At&T offered me 1GB data at LTE and the rest 2G free (I only use about 1GB) and a free Samsung S7 (because I had directTV) I was excited. They told me they would pay me bill credits back for the phone. 6 months in and they say my carrier wasn't supported and I should have read the contract. Well it was your people who told me I was good to go, no one reads the 6 page contract.

I want to go back to the small carrier because instead of $40 a month I'm paying $80. I mean the phones nice, but I wouldn't have switched because of it. With smaller companies they would generally go with moral code in this situation.

But they love you (your money) as a customer.

So you had one bad experience with a specific carrier about a very specific issue and now they all suck?
