The Suns select Deandre Ayton aka Shaq 2.0 with #1 draft pick. The guy is a beast, 7'1 and he looks very strong. The Kings select Marvin Bagley III with #2 draft pick. Hawks selected Luka Doncic and traded him to the Mavericks for #5 Trae Young + 2019 first round draft pick. The Grizzlies selected Jaren Jackson Jr. with the #4 draft pick.

4. Jaren Jackson Jr.  (Grizzlies)

*21 draft pick controversial Duke player Grayson Allen known for his cheap shots was selected by Utah.

But if the Cavs do a sign and trade instead of just letting him go without getting anything.  I'm pretty sure they want a player in return that is a lot better then Lonzo Ball.  Heck they can get a Lonzo Ball type of player with the eights pick they have in the lottery, even though its been a long time since someone decent was drafted with the eights pick.

That's why I would make them give me Kuzma or Ingram on top of Lonzo. The Lakers will probably try to throw in Deng and his god awful contract, so that is a big no-no for the Cavs.

Again, I don't think this will ever happen, but the factors are intriguing.

The Lakers are pretty much stuck with Deng.  Also the Cavs already have their own Deng in Tristan Thompson.

Grayson's stock rose a lot most people had him as  a second round pick before the combines.  But due to his performance in the NCAA finals Donte DiVincento's stock probably rose more then any other player.  Glad that the Mavs got Luka even though he got drafted pretty high he could end up one of the biggest steals in the draft like Jordan was in 84 with the third pick also.  Michael Porter Jr.  could also become a steal but even if he doesn't end up being that good the Nuggets will make the playoffs next season and will be a very good team for years to come.

Well George is staying in OKC. LeBron going to the Lakers is more then likely very slim now. They probably will not sign anybody worth mentioning. So even with DeAndre Jordan leaving, the Clippers will still be the better team in LA next season.

Does LeBron James have to join another superteam?

It looks like LeBron to the Lakers may be a done deal.

LeBron joins the Lakers!!!

Well I was wrong dumb move he is not going to get any rings with the Lakers. 76er, Celtics or even the Rockets would have been a much smarter move. Heck staying in Cleveland would have been a better move.

Even if the Lakers get Kawhi Leonard, who is probably the only guy in the league that can guard Kevin Durant one on one, they're still not beating the Golden State Warriors. Maybe the Rockets, but not that Warriors.
Unless they change their style, the fatal flaw that will do the Lakers in is that they love to get out and run, Magic Johnson wants a fast paced style, he wants "Showtime". LeBron likes to play a fast tempo too, as does Luke Walton. So in that sense, it was a perfect fit for LeBron because they love that fast, up-tempo style of play. The Problem: So do the Warriors, and they do it better than anyone else in the league today and have done better than anyone in the last 4 seasons. And they've built that style, tempo, and chemistry, over the course of those seasons.
You are not going to beat the Golden State Warriors at their own game, especially not in your first season with a new team. It's not gonna happen.
The best plan of attack against the Warriors is to slow the game down to a half-court offense, limit your turnovers, and most importantly of all, be physical with them. D them up, body them up. The Rockets came very close to beating them with that approach, (although they had some help with the injury to Andre Iguodala).
The second you try to outrun them, you've already lost.
