Poor Amazon. Just can't keep up with overwhelming demand. Hard times.
Makes sense the switch is selling well but games are still in short supply, which is normal around launch, and mario kart 8 is an excellent game which many didn't play yet

I owned Wii U and MK8. This is great. Bring on DKC: Tropical Freeze, Smash Deluxe, Captain Toad, and Bayonetta 2 as well Nintendo. I can't put my Wii U in a bag and play it anywhere. |
Yeah, the main reason why I double-dipped on MK8 too.

This is the same as people rebuying Tomb Raider, GTA IV and TLOU with little improvements on the PS4. This is something people obviously do. Me included.
I didn't expect a port of MK8 to do this well, to be perfectlty honest.

Who was it that said we were all overestimating the hype for MK8Deluxe because anyone who was interested in playing it already played it on Wii U???
Have a nice day...

When people purchased Zelda, they most likely purchased it wherever they got their system. Thus they may have gotten it from Target, Best Buy, Gamestop, Walmart, ect. You know thinking "i'm pre-ordering from best buy, might as well get game from tehre as well"
Meanwhile, all of those Switch owners NOW can purchase the game from wherever they prefer to purchase games, and that may just be Amazon for most. Especially with the whole 20% discount prime owners get fro pre-ordering new games. Thus Amazon is selling more Mario Karts than it did Zelda.
