This version is supposedly much better than the original, adding in favourite features like Battle Mode, new racers, new tracks, better performance, etc...
Reviews are scoring it a lot higher than the Wii U version.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
You can't play MK8 Wii U on the go. So that's an obvious huge difference.
The game is also freaking robust as hell, just like Zelda is a huge game you can get lost in, Mario Kart 8 is the most feature filled Mario Kart ever (or probably even kart racer period).
Right now the system is just too hot. When a game like Bomberman R even is shipping 500k, you had to know Mario Kart was going to kill it.
Dissapointing, was hoping enough people would hold out on buying untill they lowered the price to an acceptable level. Switch owners can probably expect more overpriced ports now.
Don't get me wrong i don't mind ports of great games, but this is unacceptable especially towards those fans that supported the Wii-U and already own this game.

I owned Wii U and MK8.
This is great. Bring on DKC: Tropical Freeze, Smash Deluxe, Captain Toad, and Bayonetta 2 as well Nintendo. I can't put my Wii U in a bag and play it anywhere.

MK8 is great and all, but BOTW is just in another league.
