The article below did make mention of Nintendo Switch so maybe a timed exclusivity or both consoles launch day ?

1. If the article says something about Nintendo Switch as a possibility as well then Sony wouldn't have "acquired rights", considering if they acquired rights one would think it would be exclusive.
2. Would be horrible news if MH5 were exclusive for the series, as well as for Nintendo.
3. Is this source even trustworthy?

I think that would be a smart move. The franchise is becoming more popular in the west, so they should be able to reach a bigger audience on the biggest console right now.

It would be more reliable if the rumor was about Sony acquiring marketing exclusivity for the next Call of Duty.

If it's not on Switch I will fucking rage. Nintendo finally have a good handheld for MonHun, they can't lose it now -_-

It will definitely be on both. No way in hell is Capcom making it a home console only game.
