How hard could it be to port the first one to the Switch. And, all the WiiU library pretty much...

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

Porting would be easy but not acceptable, the game would have to be remastered.  Now that wouldn't be as hard as some think, but would absolutely recquire considerable effort.  XCX could certainly be ported fairly easily though, and likely fix the few graphical issues like short draw distances in NLA

I'll beleive when I see a range of gameplay and story (not just running around) at more than 20fps

it appears they've finished the music up for the game (at least recording a lot of it). THey likely are extremely far along. My best guess is the reason we haven't seen any other footage for the game is Nintendo plans to show a lot at E3

I'll believe it when I see it. They also said Breath of the Wild would be out before 2016.

Gaming content for gamers, by gamers. It's just common sense.

Honestly, from what I saw of Xenoblade 2, I would be much more excited for an XCX port.

A 2017 western release is highly unlikely, the translation usually takes 6+ months. I did not like XCX at all, it was the biggest disappointment in my videogame life. But the original Xenoblade Chronicles is one of favorite JRPGs of all time, together with Chrono Cross, DQV and FF8.

What in particular did you not like about it? If they ever re-release it on switch (which I think they will), I might buy it. I played Xenoblade chronicles on Wii though and I loved that game.

Think for yourself, question authority

In particular I did not like the music style, the characters, the very short and bad story, the restrictive and primitive mission design, the many mindless fetch quests without any kind of direction, the fixed main character, forced character creation and complicated party member switching, the boring skell battles and limited insurance, the bad and inconvenient UI, balancing issues, lack of fall damage, empty worlds, mining.

You could have just said that you didn't like it at all lol.

The story and characters were awesome. Also, the restrictive and primitive mission system was in XC, not XCX, same with the mindless fetch quests. Lack of fall damage was a big improvement over the first Xenoblade, fall damage was stupid.

Anyway, I doubt you played XCX.
