Yeap first time for restocks was a couple hours ago. Its numero uno now (with mk8+loz behind it)

I did, for the first five quarters of some Nintendo and Sony consoles. I tried to align launches whenever it was possible:

The last number meaning how much the first five quarters make up of lifetime sales. Consoles with strong starts end up doing better.

If the DS was there, it would have an astoundingly low 9.8% of its lifetime sales on its first five quarters...

However, it really only took off after the DS Lite launched, so it has a quite unique pattern matched only by the Sony consoles:

Extrapolating from previous Nintendo consoles the Switch could sell some 45-50 million, or maybe a little bit more, since its first quarters missed a holiday season: even 60 million. It is unlikely to do much more, unless it finds a measure of rare success late on its lifetime.

So why is it $100 more then? 

With huge difference that PS4 and XB1 had hole holiday season of sale, Switch had only March.

Yup that as well. April NPD and if from some miracle Vgchartz shows us the april numbers we can confirm that it probably will do much closer to PS4. Mario kart 8 deluxe will also give a huge boost to the system even if it is just for the three days of April

But again problem will be stock issues, MK8D will boost sales in May also certainly.

I mean Japan does 45k weekly so North America can do 100k weekly just like that and europe 60k weekly. So thats (60+45+100)k*4 which makes 205k*4 which is 1020k so 1.02mil more which puts it at about 3.8mil but since there are more than 4 weeks in April aka 3 days extra which are mario kart 8 deluxe days so those will probably increase it to 100k in Japan plus 200-300k in USA and 150k in Europe which will put the system at 1.47mil-1.57mil in April which will put the system at about 4.3-4.4mil in 58 days while the ps4 did I think 4mil-4.2mil in 45-48 days so if you take the ten days of ps4 then not quite as good as ps4 but really really close
