The site should change its name seeing as it doesn't really keep the chartz updated...which is a pity really.

It'd be nice if that happened, but we're not even getting basic updates as it is. Ioi has abandoned us, and it looks like he won't come back.

Would be nice to VGC to work on more accurate tracking, but I don't think it will happen.

This thread seems premised on understanding of VGC that is far at odds with reality.
And I am unsure exactly what is horrible with #'s being off by a few percentage points.
What exactly is hyper precision needed for? I can't imagine, aside from financial accounting.
How can you post such a detailed post and ignore such a basic issue of relevancy?

This would be cool. Along with some kind of digital tracking (difficult I know....:/), this would really reinvigorate the site. Also please bring the game db back!

Unfortunately Ioi doesn't seem interested. Even though he tought Machina how to do the numbers, I'm not sure the site and Admins have the resoucres to pull something like this off.

Is the title of the thread actually a reference to the Jonathan Swift satirical essay? Anyway, something like that would likely be very difficult to make happen.

This place has massive potential and a great community, too bad the owner seems not to care any more.

Maybe you should ask ioi to sell the site to you ;P
