There are two versions of the song though, the remix with JB which is the most popular at the moment, and the original spanish (spanish sounding to me that is) song. The original is way better than the remix imo.

 

"subeme la radio" by iglesias maybe? Checked Spotify top 50 worldwide, and this one and despacito (both original and remix) where the only ones with spanish language.
