Forums - General Discussion - 90s stuff you miss the most?

Uhh a few things come to mind:

Point and Click Games

When we (USA) were so devoid of foreign threats that we started making Drugs the villain in movies (think Clear and Present Danger lol)

There was more Star Trek on TV than one could keep up with

Bobby Bowden at FSU and Don Shulda/Dan Marino at Miami Dolphins

not really missed but we couldn't afford it as a kid and it was based on a show that i enjoyed when i was a kid....

i still kick myself for not owning this :P

the innocence of thinking infomercial products are good... i was begging my mom to get this

phased out candies!!!

playing outside

i mean you could still do it.. but you know what...

i miss childhood the most!

I miss using most of my imagination to have fun. The music, which was pretty unique on its own way. Christmas, which were much more enjoyable. The WWF and its attitude era, which made wrestling much more exciting to watch. The proliferation of awesome cartoons everywhere. How less PC things were back then and how were you able to get away with a lot of jokes. I also miss how simple life was back then; no overcompications. Elementary was okay for the most part, but I do remember having a bit of fun too.

Also this, with all my heart.

Gaming wise, it's got to be Westwood, Bullfrog, and Lucas Arts.

This right here.  I think I might fire up the original Lands of Lore.

-Disney Afternoon
-Video game magazines (with cheat codes!)
-Golden age of Rap
-MTV in general
-Ultraverse comics!
-Cinemax porn

this thread is gonna be like a shotgun blast of nostalgia to my heart ):

And I remember angry beavers Op! Have the hey Arnold series sitting on the movie shelf lol

$25 at Walmart >_>

The music (which I still listen to , BTW, I just hate the fact that I'm the only one).

Ace Ventura

I was born too late to remember the 90s, but I really love the music and the games of that era! I also really like the wrestling too, in the U.S. And Japan.

Ugn, not the toys.  That's the one thing I DON'T miss from the '90s.  Those things never worked right.  At least not as well as advertised.  I think kids actually have it better now with their high-tech toys that actually work..:p
