Fun waiting to get a connection to one of the numbers you collected over time. Usually greeted by line busy tones until finally that satisfying screech of a connection. 7.0 GB total files online, I'm currently downloading a 14.6 GB patch for Syberia 3...
I also miss listening to the radio at night. I had a little radio to fall asleep with, I usually had radio dramas on, yet it could pick up many other frequencies as well. For example police chatter (not very intersting in a small town) or a bunch of people chatting on their ham radio at night.
I miss having a meal and people being forced to interact with one another. Had to make a rule with certain people that phone is off limits during that time. I use my phone often, but it just comes across as rude when you eat lunch with a friend and the second the conversation has a lull they bring out their phone to scroll through facebook or instagram.

Books aren't going anywhere. Ebooks and the like will simply coexist with them, in the same way that video games coexist with board games.
