also i can play AAA games with other friends with just one switch or i can play with friends anywhere instead of the TV

A lot of pubs have back catalogs of games that could easily be ported to Switch and make decent money off of.

arent a bunch of PS3/360 games already up and running on the Tegra X1 via Shield? In theory isnt the groundwork already set and porting them to Switch should be simple, right?

As a person that always liked handhelds more than home consoles, and wished handhelds could have home console games, I agree :p

The funny thing for me is that the main reason I'd like to have a Switch is so that I can play the type of Japanese RPGs the 3DS and Vita had on my television. I've realized that I'm just not going to carry a dedicated gaming system around with me and I simply do not enjoy playing on a tiny screen when I'm at home.

Other than Zelda and perhaps a few other games, Nintendo's typical home console catalog does nothing for me. The 3DS catalog did interest me quite a bit but I'm just not a fan of handhelds. When the price goes down, it's probably going to be on my radar.

Honestly, the price is probably the only real problem with it being a great candidate for a "second system".

Contrary to popular belief, I think that big immersive games will be the least important titles for the Switch, as far as its handheld capabilities and appeal are concerned anyway.
