No announcements have been made... yet. It is still possible that those games will get some announcement come E3. These are games too late in their cycle to toss in resources to a wholly new system that the companies dev engines have not been tested on Switch yet. Once they die down and Switch success is hammered home, we will see these companies announce stuff if it makes sense or they'll just go with future iterations.
Out of those three, I honestly would only think SWB2 is a high possibility and RDR2 is a low possibility. I don't see happening Destiny at all.
In all reality these games won't matter to Nintendo.
1. Nintendo 1st party eclipses these in many ways and drives Nintendo. Zelda, Mario, Pokemon will all sell these levels.
2. Switch is going to get confirmation for the casual mass-market yearly titles such as FIFA, Madden, COD at E3. These types of games are what will get masses to buy for the local multiplayer and portability differences only Switch can offer. These are also games not driven by pixel counts but by their multiplayer gameplay.
WiiU crashed for a lot of reasons including no 3rd party support.
Wii/3DS/DS/etc all did well for a lot of reasons but, 3rd party support wasn't the primary one.
3rd party support is critical to MSony being successful but not to Nintendo. Sure it helps, but Nintendo has proven many times they can be successful without these types of games.
