Touhou Genso Wanderer is coming to Switch, Aqua Style has revealed. The company shared the announcement on its Twitter page.

If all goes well, Touhou Genso Wanderer will be playable at Touhou Game Show 2017 at Tokyo Big Sight on May 7. This is part of a bigger Touhou Project convention, the Reitaisai.

NIS America localized the PS4 and PS Vita versions of Touhou Genso Wanderer last month, but it’s unclear if there are any plans for the Switch version in the west – especially since development isn’t terribly far along. As for the game itself, it’s a roguelike RPG that has players controling Reimu, the Hakurei Shrine Maiden, to investigate the latest incident to take place in the world of Gensokyo.

Never heard of it. The fact Switch is also a handheld it's getting the Japanese support I expected and I like that. Switch really is replacing the Vita. As for the game looks odd but interesting and the music is kinda Falcom ish. Not played the main series but saw some video of them and look like some of the worst shmup games ever.

So is this another Mystery Dungen game? This time with Touhou. A somewhat random choice to make a crossover with, but it could be worse. I want a Warhammer 40k mystery dungeon, Space Hulk and Mystery Dungeon could fit well with each other.

Would prefer a bullet hell game over a mystery dungeon game, but okay

Supposedly its out on the Vita too.... getting the same games as the vita, doesnt really mean its replaceing it (even if thats bound to happend).

Also dont blame you for never haveing heard of it, I hadnt either.

Watched a youtube video and.. game looks meh, to me at first impression.

The tweet itself adds that the Switch version of Touhou Genso Wanderer Reloaded is a “reference exhibit” and that “there are currently no plans for release.”"

Weird.

The game is pretty poor from what I've played of it, but I'm not a fan of roguelites so meh.

It's Also on PS4. The point is the Switch is starting to get the Vita audience games and at some point,maybe not far from now these games will only come to Switch or PS4/Switch and skip Vita.
