Yes, I liked a lot. It is not really a comedy, it is a light-hearted drama with some amusing scenes, but not a typical Sandler movie. Also, very family-friendly.

I've just finished watching it about ten minutes ago, I really enjoyed it! I know what you mean by it's not really a comedy, it's definitely a drama which just happens to make you laugh or smile at times, and honestly it's emotional in a way that it makes you feel for the guy!

Perfect description!

Also, FUNNY PEOPLE is a great movie.

His Netflix movie, Sandy Wexler is good.

I enjoyed Adam Sandler's movies from the 90's and early 2000's. Ever since he did Click, it was a downhill spiral from there. His movies progressively got worse, and the humour became more and more cringe inducing.

It has gotten to a point where the line from Billy Madison has taken true effect "Mr. Madison, what you have just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."
His latest movies make you feel dumber for having witnessed their bland and forced humour, all of which lack wit. I know a lot of people who share this view.

Adam Sandler deserves to have become the meme he is today. He is a washed up comedian who tries to latch onto his heyday, however he cannot capture the charm that he once had. Generally, only his die-hard fans still enjoy his movies, and everyone else watches due to false hope or simply out of curiosity.

I really like his older stuff but the as his career went on the worse it got in my opinion.

90's - love em

2000's? Despise them.. (Except maybe Longest Yard, but that's a remake anyway so it hardly even counts)

You'll know you are popular when you not only have fans but also a lot of haters.

I have enjoyed a few movies from him like click and 50 first dates. I would say he is ok in my book overall.

About Adam Sandler

One of Hollywood’s highest earners, Adam Sandler has a net worth estimated at $300 million

His Bel Air home has an estimated value of $42 million.

That's probably why he doesnt give a shit anymore.

He had some decent movies in the 90's. Then stuck to the same repetitive formula the past 20 years.

Ever been in a movie in which his smug face got smashed to pieces? I'd watch that.
