It will do fine, since with MK8 Deluxe releasing at the end of April, the momentum will carry through to May

I'll just repeat what others are saying: MK8D is releasing at the very end of April. Monthly Switch sales will probably go May > June > April for Q1.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

But MK8 is at the end of April!

Pocky Lover Boy!

Every launch console has a slow start, give it a few years.

even if minecraft and street wasnt release in may, may would be fine, due to mk8d. even better than april.

As long as there are enough consoles shipped, yes it will keep selling fine, the legs of Zelda and Mario Kart will carry momentum until Armas and Splatoon 2. Also I think Minecraft is gonna be very big on Switch.

Is RIME not on Switch in May? I know RIME launches in May on everything else. Also Disgaea 5 is out in May for it.

A 3 year old port isn't going to be a strong system seller, and ARMS is unproven, so Switch sales could slump considerably in May-June, though hopefully not so badly that Splatoon 2 can't kick-start it again in July.

Oh you might be surprised.
