Decent for wildlands and wow what a drop for HZD but good to see it at almost 100k for week 2. Also BoTW still holing strong! Oh and Nier still up there as well!

HZD Basically 25% of initial launch. While others bought into Wildlands and Nier Automata. Expecting some legs as AAAs start to thin out.

Considering Zelda's high attach rate to Switch, I expect it's actually much higher than 60k.

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

Yeah I think HZD will have pretty decent legs as well.

Yay for PS4 and mediocre multiplat games.

This week was a sad week for gamers.

Around the Network

A fairly typical US drop for both Horizon (80%~) and Zelda (86% on the Switch). Zelda's drop was almost certainly exaggerated by supply shortages, so it still having having a relatively normal follow up week despite that is nice.

Mildly surprised that the PS4 Wildlands didn't deliver the usual ass-whomping multiplat titles give to the XB1 version. Very close. It must be due to the sheer volume of excellent exclusives on the PS4. Sorry, not sorry.

Supply shot Zelda in the foot, so it basically sold about as much it could until more switches come about. Wii U Zelda was still hard to find around this time too..and it still kinda is even now in a lot of places apparently. Impressive that Zelda combined outsold horizon despite supply constraints.

Nintendo needs to get faster in shipping switches. Gonna hold back sales of everything until they do.

Obviously HZD was always going to sell better in Europe, but I didn't expect it to double the sales. Sales in NA look good, but it will be interesting to see the second week in Europe where its opening was stellar, and what sort of legs we can expect out of a title like this.

Ps4 taking the #1, #3 and #4 spots. Superb week.
