Wow Toronto has a 9 point lead over Boston, but they have played 5 more games.

Around the Network

tragedy struck the canucks, and 4 players got injured around the same time. Derek Dorsett has lost his career because of his neck problems. Bo Horvat and Sven Baertschi both out for 5-6 weeks, as well as Eric Gudbranson.

We've already lost three in a row, but I expect more losses.

Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.

I don't like the Canucks myself, but it's always a shame when people get injured.

I love watching videos like this!

So guys, New Jersey is still somehow hanging on!! I was not expecting them to be able to last this long near the top. Since the Red Wings are sucking right now, I guess I'll just have to root for them! (Well, unless they're facing the Red Wings, that is )

Canucks have been my team since I was a kid, so I'm feeling this one too.

Are the Canucks the most popular team in Saskatchewan? Where I live the fanbases are split between a whole bunch of teams.

That's tough to say with certainty, but I'm pretty sure the Leafs and Canadiens are more poular here. I do remember the Canucks having very strong, to incredible Hockey Night In Canada TV ratings for several years in the 2000-20012 range. They were drawing higher ratings than Montreal or Toronto, despite the smaller population and games being show at very late hours for most of the country.

I have to say, I found this clip pretty entertaining myself!!:
