Honestly I don't know, as of now Zelda is probably the most deserving but I have a feeling that releasing so soon and having SMO and RDR2 in the holidays might lead people into forgetting BotW, that's of course unless they but the DLC for Zelda but yet we don't know if the DLC will be superior/equal/inferior qualitatively to the rest of the game...
Hard to tell, when Mario Odyssey might not even be released this year, and we know nothing about the game play improvements of Red Dead 2 over RD1. Zelda will probably win the overall GOTY award, but for all we know, some of the other games could win 3 or 4 awards while Zelda has only 1

It's hard to tell since we know so little about Super Mario Odyssee and Red Dead Redemptoin 2. Normally, a game with 97 metascore could easily win most GOTYs, but since both Red Dead Redemption and most 3D Marios are critically acclaimed, I don't know.
My guess is Zelda until we see more of Odyssey, the way BOTW handles wide open worlds and how interactive the game world and npcs are is unreal tbh. RDR is the only other game that may come close in terms of open world sandbox but I don't think it'll have the quirky level on interactivity seen in BOTW.
