Wonder if the chemical attacks were a false flag.

all the websites are reporting it as a false flag. an investigation should have taken place, since they tried to frame the guy 4 times in the past

Russia has defense systems that can shoot down tomahawk missiles, and they're also arming Assad.

Anyways.. those responsible for gassing those civilians should definitely pay.

I feel bad for assad because this is the 5th time they framed him. although it is true that his jets missle hit the rebels stockpile of chemicals

This is an illegal act of war by the U.S. president. Only congress can approve military action, and only after the U.S. is attacked first. Sadly, just about every president in the last quarter century has blatantly ignored this. They should have all been impeached by now.

Wasn´t Trump running on the very idea that the US shouldn´t get involved in other countries´ conflicts anymore, and now he bypasses congress to launch missiles based speculation?

if assad had chemicals do u think trump would of fired cruise missles exposing the whole country to chemicals

Putin: US Violated International Law
Friday, 07 April 2017

President Putin “regards the strikes as aggression against a sovereign nation,” his spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, noting that the president believes the strikes were carried out “in violation of international law, and also under an invented pretext.”

Peskov also insisted that “the Syrian army doesn’t have chemical weapons,” saying this had been “observed and confirmed by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, a special UN unit.”

Putin sees the US missile strike on Syria as an attempt to distract attention from massive civilian casualties in Iraq, Peskov added.

“This step deals significant damage to US-Russian ties, which are already in a deplorable state,” Peskov said.

The correct people should pay, no one actually knows who they really are, and I certainly don’t trust Trump to get facts correct, his history with "facts" doesn’t instill confidence

Although Western media immediately accused Bashar al-Assad of participating in a gas attack against his own people, the evidence indicates that the intended target was not immediately in a civilian area and was in fact a location where Syrian White Helmets were on the scene with rebel groups at what observers have claimed was a storage facility for conventional and chemical munitions. Additionally, evidence indicates that rebel groups may have had prior knowledge of the attack and knew that there was a risk of chemical weapons being unleashed. The attack also came in the aftermath of a trip by Senator John McCain to meet with groups known to associate with radical jihadist factions in Syria, at a time when the United States government has been engulfed in a power struggle between different political factions who disagree strongly over what should be appropriate policy in regards to the Syrian civil war.
