It will run multiplat games better than ps4 pro, about the same difference as xbox one and ps4. Both aren't needed. Show me what it can do for VR, then I might get interested.

the scorpio is a nice piece of hardware, but as long as it's games release on X1/PS4 standard aswell I doubt we will get to see what the console can do when pushed to the max

I will also point out PS3 was on par with high end PC's in it's day but it's price and lack of interesting games hurt it. SO most powerful hardware ever didn't matter as much. 360 In some ways been not as impressive as PS3 at that time it had a good price and loads of games.

I honestly doesn't see it making an impact for MS unless they sell it dirt cheap. It's much better than the pro but without games to back it up, it won't matter. That being said, I'm guessing MS is gonna announce games for this year, next year and decades into the future to get us all hyped.

I'm personally not interested in any mid-gen consoles so this is a hearty meh, just like the PS4 Pro.

Getting a Jaguar instead of Rysen is worse than getting an X1 instead of an X2.

it's very likely also an "evolved" polaris, as it was said that PS4 Pro has features beyond what's in standard polaris aswell
