Forums - Website Topics - F****** ads!

Not apologising for the rage. For about a week now the site has these huge ads that pop up taking over 80%+ of real estate on your mobile screen. Some of them cannot be closed. The others have the tiniest 'x' hidden away that is impossible to hit due to bad detection and it being so small.

Yes, I could use anther browser outside of Chrome, but I shouldn't need to change my browser for the sake of one single site.

Can a suggestion be made that mods test the adverts on mobile phones on common browsers before accepting them?!

Yeah that is annoying, I too use chrome on my phone. Only way to get rid of those uncloseable adds it too restart the page.

The text is jumping up and down when large and small ads reload! Super annoying.

This is why Ad Block Exists, I suggest you use it untill websites start to change their ways... People have been whinging about the adverts on vgchartz for years. Clearly they haven't listened, so vote with your wallet.

Mobile ads are terrible, they literally make it impossible to browse the threads, many ads block the change page icons and can only be removed by refreshing the page. I really don't blame those who use Adblock at all, ads are one thing but ads that ruin the experience are ridiculous and this complaint is now several years old with seemingly no one willing or able to deal with it.

VGChartz on mobile?? Man you're funny
I say as i post this with my phone

Don't own a Smart device but can you use Ad block?

Yeah, browsing via mobile is a pain. More so, if you get redirected to malware sites.

Yeah, this happened a lot before, but the last time I experienced this was a few months back, it seems to have gotten a little better.
