Death Note isn't overrated. The first half was spectacular. The second half is criticized by many people. If it was overrated, people would treat it like god's work
Prison Break is one of my favourites. I watched it twice.

Well some people do treat it that way.
Personally, I like it a lot, but its by no means amongst the best anime series I've watched. And yes, mostly thanks to the 2nd season.
