More than 2 million seems reasonable, I think it will outsell the Wii U in Japan in about 18 months or so. 2.5 million for 2017 isn't unrealistic either, in my opinion. Japan should be a really strong market for the Switch.

3 - 4 million, with Mario Odyssey, Splatoon 2, Dragon Quest XI and hopefully a Pokémon game with perhaps even an announcement a Monster Hunter game is in development I see it happening. I expect the Switch to have the lifetime sales of a 3DS successor.
