I do prefer left wing politics as they tend to value lives and living conditions more than money.

I'm a moderate centrist slightly leaning to libertarian since I believe in responsible fiscal conservatism, a socially moderate society, and a smaller government reach. Can't stand when the left tries so hard to spend boatloads of federal dollars and resources and heavily dislike it when the right wants to spend below the bare minimum.

left wing snowflake

Economically, I am pretty right wing. Latin America's hard left has done a ton of damage and I can't wait to see them gone for good.

I tend center on social issues. I feel like my background doesn't really allow me to sympathise a lot in various issues I see like gender, "cultural appropriation", identity, radical feminism, etc, which is something very widely discussed by other students at the US college I'm in right now.
That said, when it comes to refugees, immigrants, true feminism, I understand those are real issues and behave like a compassionate person would.
I strongly dislike people on either extreme, "SJWs" and "racists".

Socially libertarian. Economically, center-left.

"cultural appropriation"

That's one thing I've never understood. Isn't it positive to have your culture spread?

Bet with PeH:

I win if Arms sells over 700 000 units worldwide by the end of 2017.

Bet with WagnerPaiva:

I win if Emmanuel Macron wins the french presidential election May 7th 2017.

I took the test too, this is what I got:

Probably classical liberal overall (maybe), I believe governments are overall a necessary evil. The reality is that governments are headed by people, and people can be corrupt or lazy and often do not have the best interests in mind for its citizens. It's the nature of the beast.

Governments are still useful and necessary for national (or regional) issues such as healthcare, the environment and overall health, but citizens should always be wary about those in power.

Not really a fan of the political compass but here's mine.

2. I also mainly became anti-capitalist as a result of American foreign policy: I came to the conclusion that as capitalism is an inherently competitive economic system, and relies on perpetual expansion of power and presence to survive, so I relized that the only way that it would stop is by a complete overthrow of the current system and its replacement with a cooperative one that is not based on competition.

Capitalism allows for the most efficient distribution of limited resources through supply/demand. It's got some inherent advantages over other systems.
It doesn't require endless growth to survive either, growth just tends to be preferred regardless of the economic system you have in place to create more jobs and wealth. (Case in point: Soviet Russia)

It's not perfect, no system is. But it's proven to work... And can become more effective with regulation which countries like Australia, Norway, Canada, New Zealand, South Korea have proven.

Always considered myself to be someone who was on the left. I do support things like Capitalism, Democracy, Equality, Freedom, Multiculturalism, The Environment. I tend to "err" on the side of religion, I support peoples rights to Freedom of Religion provided it doesn't infringe on my right with Freedom from Religion.

Yeah, that's why there's millions of people starving while tons of food is wasted.
