Forums - Nintendo Discussion - There is Still Demand But No Supply of NES Classic

Many large retailers sell the system for than double MSRP. I will remember this and never buy there anything again for the rest of my life. Nintendo looses a lot of money by not meeting the demand.

Seeing how busy Nintendo is with all their different projects they're working with, it may be awhile before they stock up more Classics, if at all, unfortunately. Cursed scalpers, I hope people remain patient and don't give in to their jacked-up prices.

The NES Classic is a 'classic' example of Nintendo purposefully undershipping e.e and no one give me that "Oh they didn't know it'd sell well" bullshit. You and I both know that Nintendo knew it'd sell a shit ton! Now those of us who didn't get it launch day are still struggling to find one... v.v

It was incompetence on Nintendo's behalf, plain and simple. Sooner they meet the demand and where I can pick one up, the sooner I will be happy.

Nintendo have totally stopped supplying Norway with more units, and even stated that there won't be any more in the future either.

They did? When?

I think Nintendo did it on purprose shipping limited stock to make a profit for the quarter sinice they were on the low end of marketshare.

Maybe they'll bring it back for the holidays in limited supply to get the hype up, when buyers see NES outta stock they'll possibly buy a Switch instead. Win-win for Nintendo
