I never understood the appeal of these things. I think they're pretty creepy, and yet people eat these things up. There's just so many of them. I'll just never get it...

Why do people like these things? They are hideous. The way people collect them like they will be worth anything in 10 years is nothing short of hilarious. It has shades of beanie babies all over it. Highly collectable now absolutely worthless in the future and ugly to boot.

Eh, to each their own. I never understood the appeal of amiibos but people eat those up too.

Amiibos actually look like the characters and just cheaper than a 50 dollar Figma or a 400 dollar F4F. Nice cheap display figures.

I'm pretty sure the people collecting these for their "value" are a very small minority. Most people just like them.
