I have a question, if anyone would be able to give me an answer, it would be appreciated. I currently live and work in Canada and I am planning to move back to Europe, to my home country. I have an extensive game collection that I have purchased here in Canada and no way Iam going to sell it just because of NTCS and PAL bs. So, knowing that X1 is not region lock, but X360 was, my NA X360 games are going to work on my NA X1 in Europe, on a Pal Tv? I know for a fact that if you try to play NA Ps2 games on a 60Gb NA Ps3 (the fully backwards compatible Ps3) using a Pal Tv, those NA Ps2 games will not work. Is it the same situation for X1?

i know clannad x 360 have backward compatibility but is japan only but i dont know too much for help you srry :/

As far as i can tell you, it doesn't matter at all. Though most 360 games don't have a region lock at all.

You get a free region unlocked 360 with every Xbone. You can also stack Achievements.

all those games will work (as long as they're part of the BC program). Don't worry.

It has some kind of region locking on some games. But it you can easily bypass this. For example, I had my Xbox One setup with US region in settings but I don't live in the US. Then I bought Xbox 360 game Catherine from web browser and this game didn't appear in Ready to Install section until I switched the region in settings from US to mine. But this only happened with 1 game. So the majority of games I think doesn't affected by this
