Having watched a few vids it deserves no more than maybe a 74 or something. That was kinder garden script writing, sheesh... And that's not even mentioning the awkward animations.

Oh wow, my prediction is going to be so off in the end. I guess my wild optimism for the game couldn't rescue it from its technical mediocrity.

Wow, much worse than I was expecting. Dissapointing but will still end up getting the game because space exploration titles are essentially non-existant and so sure I'll find a lot to enjoy in it. Stopped reading reviews recently so I dont know exactly where they went wrong but the game felt like it lacked vision from the start. I expected the E3 gameplay reveal to really surprise us, especially being a new galaxy and all but everything just felt luke warm.

A lot of the original mass effect developers left, and Andromeda was left in the hands of a different studio, (Bioware Montreal, who only made DLC for ME2 and ME3) so I'm not surprised with how the reviews are turning out for this game.

I can't bring myself to sad even if this is one of my all time favorite developers. This is what happens when EA pushes their in-house developers to deliver things that aren't finished. Even if mid 70's wouldn't be a bad final score (if it ends there), it would be a real disaster for a series with Mass Effect's pedigree and prior massive critical acclaim.
