Early stages but man... If there's one game I want on PC, it's this one. Get the modding scene that modded Skyrim on it. Would love to see the result.

Called it. ;)

I'm fine with emulating 30 year old games.. but one your old games? Seems morally bankrupt.

that's piracy, if you buy the game to play a backup that's different.

As long as the person emulating has a copy of the game, I don't see much of an issue. I'm playing BotW currently on the Switch and then I'll see if I can get my hands on a PC version after it's been fully optimized and with a modding scene around it. I think the experience of getting to play it in the state it was in at launch and then playing it some time later with modders stuffing it with loads of more bells and whistles would be an incredible experience.

I've tried it, got it to run "like" 1080 60fps with another piece of software. After everything is cached, I must say I'm experiencing frame drops very seldomly now. This is a great start. You can't get off the Great Plateau as 2 runes don't work so you can get the spirit orbs to get the paraglider, but still, as a legal owner of BOTW, this is promising as the Wii U and Switch versions aren't the best in terms of fps and resolution.

I'd argue you'd also need the system to justify that. Although at a minimum you definitely need the game.

That said what percent of people that will pirate this will actually buy the game? I'd be surprised if it even broke 10%.

well that's the dark side and the ugly truth, still, emulation doesn't equal piracy but I understand, it's an easy way for pirates. I'll play my copy on PC cause I wanna see the full potential of this game (at least at 1080P)

O_O How?, Whats this other software O_O .

It's called Cheat Engine 6.6 it allows you to speed up the processes of any piece of software, not just limited to cemu. It also lets you change how data is interpreted/parsed/etc. So you can change it to FP16, FP32, etc. But all you really need to change is the overall speed. Earlier I was playing at 15-20fps but now, I have no complaints. The only thing is, when you get into shrines, it runs too fash But you can change the speed back on the fly.

God bless the i5-2500k.

That looked horrendous and huge loading times
