Yeah, I just wish they had mentioned that there is no manuel save from the menu either until a certain point and they really should have made light of the restroitives in your inventory. I don't wantr to pass jusgement just yet on the game overall but the gameplay is fantastic and the soundtrack is amazing. The difficulty settings are a bit off. Were you really able to finish this game in one sitting?

No no, you misunderstood! I meant simply to say that I FINISHED the game this morning in a marathon session. I STARTED playing it on Tuesday! I don't think it's actually possible to finish NieR: Automata in one sitting unless you're able to stay awake and alert for 30 hours straight. :P

I like the lack of auto-saving! It makes the game more challenging, and I think that's important getting that sense of accomplishment that action games want us to! (Although, as explained in my last post, there's more nuance to that in the case of this particular game than there is in most.)

Yeah, I thought I read in some review that there was no way to save on the first level and that it might put some people off.  But once you reach that point there are save points throughout.

first impression = looks good !

SO I got round to buying this at the weekend and I am enjoying it, however I have got a question about a certain side quest. Its called YoRHa Betrayers thebone where to get a mission from command to detain some units that have betrayed. Anyway I killed them but something felt wrong after doing so so I loaded up my save file again to just before I started the quest. What I want to know is, does killing them or not killing them have repucussions on the Ending?? It seemed to me like they wasn’t guilty after I killed them so I don’t want to make the “wrong” choose in doing to SQ.

I’m a bit of a good guy when it comes to making choices in RPGs, I always want to make the right choice.

Don't worry it has no impact on the ending

Thanks for the info! I’m still going to feel bad killing them again though haha.
