It's called depression, and yes, many suffer from it also. Or you have grown up too much to play videogames. I also can't be bothered to play games because... family, work, responsibilities, house chores, etc.

Gaming is a hobby like any other. Family, work, responsibility, house, chores, never put me away from games. But sometimes i have to choose: watch a movie, read a book or play a game. I almost always choose the latter. I am a gamer for 30 years and for me this is one of the best moments of all time. I love japanese games and i am having a blast since november 30th 2016.
