Pretty simple question that I think is worth asking now that we have console-like performance on handhelds (i.e Switch)- Do you prefer handhelds or consoles?

Consoles.

I play at home, so the portability side of a handheld is useless to me, and that makes the comfort of the controller more important. And recent (since the DS) handhelds aren't comfortable to me.

I have a Switch, so I don't have to choose anymore. 😉

PC feels discriminated in this poll, anyway I prefer PS so consoles it is.

Home and Mobile gaming devices are equally important to me.

In a perfect world I would have a Console, a dedicated home Handheld, and a Mobile Phone Handheld. All three devices would run on a unified OS, and all software and apps would run on all three devices.

I want access to play my games whenever, and wherever I am. I want my texting, calling, and social networking to be completely seamless with all three devices. I want a unified ecosystem of devices that are the most optimized and streamlined for Gaming, Communication, Entertainment, and Productivity.

As someone that spends a lot of time on the go, and away from home, and absolutely does not settle for compromise, I want the optimized and streamlined games first devices to be equal, whether they are home, mobile, or mixed.

Why not have both.....step forward Nintendo Switch.

Handhelds are quite unergonomic, so consoles. PC all the way for me though, I don't mind consoles or handhelds either of course.

I can´t play on handhelds for more than 30 minutes. I also don´t like the technical compromises for having something that I don´t need as gaming on the go.

I hope the switch doesn´t get much 3rd party support so it doesn´t hold back multiplatform games too much. It took 3 years for companies to let crossgen versions go, we don´t need to go back now.
