has there been any major updates since august/september?

To the people that have played the update: Does it add enough to the game to make it worth buying for a newcomer, or would you suggest we (By we I mean me, since I've always said I'd buy it once the price drops and more stuff is added) wait for more content before jumping in?

I was happy with the game as it stood when released but I can fully understand why some people were disappointed. With that in mind, and putting my own bias to one side, I can safely say that, YES, after the huge Foundation and now Patchfinder update, the game has plenty of content to keep you interested and active for many many hours. It now feels and looks like a totally different game. Buy it while it's cheap.

I still hate how you have to find very specific planets so you can enjoy the Foundation update to it's maximum extend. I had to find a snow planet because something specific growns on those so I could plant a certain plant in my base, and it took me 3 days to find a snow planet, and I still couldn't find that one thing I needed. Took the disc out of my PS4 out of frustation and haven't put it back in since.

Clearly it was never a game for you then. What you just discribed is the fun of it, and I'm not entirely sure why you needed a snow planet to grow a certain plant, you can grow any plant on any planet.

117 mods is "large"?.

I'll have to go check Nexus and see if there are any more on there, because Steam Workshop only lists 117 mods and that ain't large, not if you look at what Skyrim racked up on their Workshop alone. I'm also waiting on those reviews to change, they still list the game as "Mostly negative", both recent and overall.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

Keeping on the lookout for a decent price drop/sale. Like 40-50% off.

It seems like the longer I wait to go back to the game, the better it will be.

It's good to see that they are still updating this. I never got around to playing it mostly due to negative reception. If they keep this up then I might buy it :P

Nice improvements for a great game
